3.1 This platform is exclusively available to educational institutions in the UK, including individual schools and Multi-Academy Trusts.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 To use the TEM platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate information.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activities conducted under your account.

5. Free Access for Individual Schools

5.1 Individual schools can use the TEM platform free of charge, including features to compile contracts, track renewal dates, and compare suppliers.

5.2 Free accounts do not include access to enterprise management features available to MATs.

6. Paid Features for Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs)

6.1 MATs can access advanced tools such as centralised contract oversight, multi-school reporting, and additional administrative features through a subscription plan.

6.2 Pricing for enterprise features will be clearly communicated and is subject to a separate agreement.

7. Data Management
